Finding FODMAPs in the lab

The Monash University Low-FODMAP team’s blog (which is absolutely worth following) has a great little post up today about ¬†how they test products for FODMAPs in the lab. It involves freeze-drying, grinding (well, milling) and something called “liquid chromotography.” They call it “an exhaustive, labor-intensive process,” but for us, it’s clearly worth it.
